About

I’ve always understood the world through systems. Break a complex concept into its components and organize them, and you can understand the pieces and the intersections. This is there the real leverage is, and will be.

This is why I enjoy working at the intersection of power systems, economics, and policy. A regulatory shift changes project economics. Project economics drive the engineering approach. In a world changing at the speed of AI, understanding only one of these in isolation means missing the decisions that matter most. Organizations benefit from having people who live in the middle of the Venn diagram.

Right now I’m focused on technical advisory for organizations navigating what comes next. Whether that looks like data center load growth, grid-scale storage, or future trends after that.
